Yoga at the Studio

A variety of Yoga teachers run Yoga classes from the studio.

Sylvie teaches Hatha Yoga which aims to tone, strengthen and improve flexibility. During the class you will work through classic yoga postures and sequences to build body awareness, and breathing exercises to help calm the mind.

Rachel teaches Hatha Flow Yoga. Similar to Hatha Yoga there is less emphasis on holding postures and more on flowing from one to the next.

Georgie teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga. It is a challenging form of hatha yoga. Each pose is linked to the next through a series of connecting movements called vinyasa, allowing the body to create heat which leads to more flexibility.
