The ethos of the Studio is to help people improve their experience of living in their body through promoting their bodies natural healing capabilities and by teaching them the movement skills to look after their muscular skeletal system.

There is limited availability in each of the rooms that would be suitable for teachers and therapist in  movement or bodywork-related fields, to work either with groups or individuals. The rooms are available for use during the week and at weekends. Most of the remaining availability is at the weekend.

The Studio would particularly welcome an Osteopath or Chiropractor as we no longer have someone with these type of skills.
