Ruth Hanley,the Studio Director, is a Polestar Pilates Teacher. Ruth teaches Pilates classes in the Studio Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening and Wednesday lunchtime. She teaches private sessions in the Studio on Mondays. She has a range of level of class available.
