Mat Pilates at the Studio.

Pilates targets the deep postural muscles, building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. It helps to reshape your body, which will become longer, leaner and more toned. It is taught as a progressive experience and so everyone has to start as a beginner, classes are therefore not offered on a drop-in basis.

The Studio Director, Ruth Hanley and a variety of other teachers use the Studio as a venue for Pilates Classes.
